MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE AND LEADERSHIP PATTERN

ROVA Foundation ensures participation of all level personnel in the organization which includes General Body, Executive Committee, Staff of all level and other stakeholders. General Body members elect Executive Committee Members. General Body is the supreme authority of the organization for bringing any amendment in the organizational structure.

The general body confirms the yearly organizational activities and accounts. Executive Committee elected/selected for two years period and this body is accountable for effective program management, administration, financial controlling, reviewing and approval of the ongoing projects.

Executive Director play role as a chief executive of the organization and responsible to the EC, for the management and implementation of organizational activities.

Coordinators, Project, Section Heads reports to the Executive Director of RF.

ORGANIZATION TRANSPARENCY:

  • RF is transparent to the donors and is providing all types of information considering the requirement.
  • RF is transparent to the participants .It is always very much open to the participants/beneficiaries especially about information.
  • RF is also transparent to the Counterpart and Partners.
  • RF never try to hide any information to the stakeholders it is working with.
  • RF is maintaining close touch with Government and providing all necessary information to the authorities at the Upazila, District and National level.

SOME IMPORTANT AREAS AND RF PRACTICE

Management Practice: Defined organizational structure and Participatory decision making process exist.

Planning: RF has a Participatory planning process. Types of planning in practice are: Monthly Activity Plan, Quarterly Implementation plan, half yearly Implementation plan and Annual Implementation plan Again. RF is going to develop Multi Year Plan and Strategic Plan

Program Reporting: RF has the ability to produce appropriate reports considering the stakeholders needs and requirement. RF prepares reports on progress of activities and the reporting formats are flexible and can respond to stakeholder’s information,

Again RF prepares financial reports /statements in appropriates manner and submit to the donors and stakeholders in a timely manner.

Monitoring and Evaluation:  RF has a established Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation cell and staff working for the cell who have considerable expertise on issue and contributing significantly for ensuring quality performance.
