Reasons for the Proposed Methodology:
- To ensure the output oriented implementation of the project;
- To explore the opinions of the project actors to formulate the effective ways and better options.
- To ensure local level participation to create a sense of ownership among the stakeholders so that their efforts help the action to run smoothly.
- To integrate local level knowledge and experiences to make sure the fruitful operation of the action.
- To make certain highest level utilization of all allocated resources so that the action can be yield oriented
HRM Policy: By accepting employment with RF, the employee agrees to abide by the authority of staff structure and co-operate with his/her colleagues and superiors according to the employee’s job description and title classification. Staff members are to exercise the utmost discretion in all matters of organisation’s business.
They shall not communicate to any person any information known to them by reason of their official position, which has not been made public, without the authorization of the Management, nor shall they use such information to personal advantage. These obligations of a staff member cease not even upon separation from RF.
RF promotes a culture of participation, openness, autonomy and teamwork. Monitoring and evaluation is primarily seen as a learning instrument. Program implementation, staff productivity and program costs are monitored regularly.
Team will provide overall supervision, guidance, strategy management, direction and integration of all components of RF development processes.
The personnel procedure and policy of RF is not a static document, it is expected to review and update time to time to be a living and evolving document. Executive Committee of RF, will review the proposals from the Management, to be submitted as and when required or when an amendment becomes essential for the interest of the organization and its staff, and take appropriate decision.
FM Policy:
A standard accounting system is a pre-condition for an effective financial management. The basic requirement for ensuring better financial management system with a well defined procedure. The benefit of the manual is that the accounting records are maintained properly and also it is possible to establish a good financial record keeping and reporting system.
The purpose of this manual is to improve the ISS financial management system, which can be viewed as a tool for fulfilling the basic financial and accounting requirements.
Gender Policy
Background: In development initiative women irrespective of caste, creed & religion have been retarding day by day. To maximize the number of women in development sectors is the motto of RF. So RF as a gender sensitive plays major role in all development sectors. RF expects that through formulation of gender policy it can change gender biases in the society. Participation of women in development is another aspect of RF.
- Ensure political commitment in all stages of the organization.
- Ensure overall participation of women in all projects & their implementation, decision making.
- Make all staff aware of gender & gender policy.
- Institutionalized gender policy
- Make aware all the staff of the gender policy through orientation, training, seminar, dialogue, group discussion, various leaflets, hand notes, poster campaigns.
- In the field of daily work & project implementation to ensure equal participation of male & female respectively.
RF has good relationship with it’s existing partners and local consortiums. In the consortium it plays the lead ngo role and provides leadership responsibility in the district of Magura
