ROVA FOUNDATION is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political social development organization and has been working for the development and improvement of underprivileged rural and urban people. The organization is established in 1987 by the initiatives of a group of local youths and by the plan of some qualified and social workers who committed themselves to the cause of development approach for the most vulnerable section of the rural and urban population; specially the landless poor, unemployed youth, helpless child and distress women. It was form leaded by Kazi Kamruzzaman who is now existing General Secretary of the organization.

The organization has a good reputation among the target beneficiaries, private concern Govt. and non-Govt. institutions in its working area.
